How do I get my baby’s photo to InfantMail.com?
E-mail us your digital photo to photos@infantmail.com. Please include your first and last name and your baby’s name in your email. You can also mail us your developed photo or burn your photo to CD and send to 104 Morning Glory, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.
How do I know if my digital photo is high resolution?
If your photo was taken with a 2 megapixel (1600x1200 resolution) or higher digital camera your photo will be photo quality.
If I mail a film developed photo to be scanned and put on my announcements will I get my photo back?
Yes, we will mail your original photo back to you with your completed order. InfantMail.com is not responsible for your photo in any way. If your photo is lost or damaged in the mail InfantMail.com will not be held responsible.
How long does it take to get my announcements?
Your announcements will be shipped within ten business days of receiving your baby’s photo.
Can I have a sample announcement mailed to me?
Yes, click here to select the announcement you’d like us to send you free of charge.
Does InfantMail.com provide return labels?
Yes, and they're free! You will receive custom return labels with your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to your order up to 24 hours after submission. After 24 hours your order will already be in process and no changes will be permitted.
Can I see a digital mockup of my announcement before it goes to print?
Yes, we will e-mail you a digital copy of your announcement that will need to be approved by you before we print your announcements.
Will my photo be cropped?
Depending on the announcement you've ordered, your photo may be cropped and/or the edges of the photo may be covered by design elements in the announcement. The brightness, color or any other characteristics of your photo will never be manipulated unless you've requested it. Our goal is that your baby's photo look as good as possible within the announcement you've selected.
Do you ship worldwide?
Not at this time. We are currently taking orders in the United States only.
